Welcome to The Last! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Last, which is operated by Nevada Group Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand.

The Last operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). The Last is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

All orders you place are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order becomes binding only once payment is received and you receive an order-confirmation email.

If an item becomes unavailable or an error occurs, we may cancel or adjust your order and issue a refund or store credit. Orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (except as required by law) and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

• Rewards or credits may be redeemable with participating Nevada Group brands, subject to the relevant offer’s terms.

7 – Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you once your order is handed to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

8 – Consumer Rights and Warranties

All products are supplied with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described. The Last is powered by Shopify, which provides our ecommerce platform. Transactions are between you and Nevada Group Ltd (The Last). Shopify is not responsible for purchases, returns, or refunds.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, your data may be processed by Shopify and its partners in accordance with their privacy terms.
